As you might know from my recent threads I have come into possession of a 1989,16 foot Sea Nymph. My problem today is the locks for the hatches, the previous owner did not have keys to give me, so I need to either figure out what keys I need to get made or how do I replace them with stainless steel versions. As I look around on the net, all I can find are stainless steel barrels with the top (which is exposed to the elements) in chrome plating.
When I look at OMC Parts lists, all I see are motor parts. Can anybody steer me in the right direction?

Looks like a wafer cam lock. A good locksmith could fix you up in about ten minutes.

These type locks have a very simple design little key and the key is either universal or semi universal. Keys are most likely available on eBay.I have purchased universal keys on eBay for my riding tractor lawn mower, Evinrude outboard, Yamaha outboard and these keys are much more of a technical key than the ones you need.Good luck in your search.Charlie

Universal key, technically no such thing. Most places that sell universal keys are selling you a CH751, a very common key used on many cam locks but far from universal. Worth a try though.
