My boat has textured surface on the inside and I am trying to get the paint off. I can sand but only hits some of the paint and tried soda blasting but only takes some much off. is there any type of sanding pad that is on the market that will help me get rid of the excess paint. I am going using bed liner and going up the sides but it needs to be mostly cleaned off.
