head bolt retorque

As in a previous post, someone stated that you should retorque head bolts after "first run" on rebuild. My enging was rebuilt last fall, and I have ran maybe 2 hrs most. Should those bolts be retorqued? <br />'94 rude 70hp

Hi dtro<br />The mechanic who did the work should have done this after he test fired it. It wouldn't hurt to check them though.
