Head Identification Help Please ... 4 Stroke 3 or 6Cylinder?

I was at the scrap yard looking for some aluminum to patch up my transom and I came upon this really great condition head. The spark plugs had not even been fired up. The head does not have any visible problems and looks fantastic. The only identifying info is E-1 then 93JPORT on the sprocket end and on the other is a manufacture date and the year is '07. Hopefully the photos can help. Thanks!

V6 Suzuki 4-stroke port side.
