Scrape off all that gasket material. It is hard to see the damage. Does that motor have a cast iron sleeve? Obviously that one piston/cylinder needs some help. The question is what about the other 5 cylinders?

Is that a 3 1/8" or 3 3/8" bore? Hard ta tell in tha picture. It should be a 3 1/8". Just LOOKS bigger. It is steel but that hole is already 30 thousands over. Need ta check tha other five on size also. Would really need ta be sleeved and bored again. But if tha other holes are already oversized and have any damage at all it will get a bit more expensive. Tha other five should get some attention anyway ta do it right if your planin' on keepin it for awhile and/or sellin'. How old is tha motor? Ya might have ta make some decisions on just how much ya wanna invest in it..........jmo

Looked again. Both holes in your pictures are 30 thou over already. Chanches are all of 'em are.......
