I know this idea will get shot down right out of the box, but the. Manifolds on my boat are cracked and new ones are pretty expensive. So I was thinking, could you take a set of shorty headers for a 351w somehow mount them upside down, wrap them up with header wrap, and reroute the exiting water lines to the ends of the headers just before the rubber hose to cool it so it does not melt the rubber hose. Would that somehow work?
