Heat Exchanger Swap

I have the dreaded 3.7 470 Mercrusier I/O and am wondering if ...
A) A swap from my 3" heat exchanger to a 4" is feasible
B) How hard is it and what would I need hardware wise
C) Any pitfalls to watch out for

a - was a factory upgrade. in fact, most were updated
b - find the upgrade kit
c - you have a 470, start reading up on the pitfalls of the motor. the heat exchanger swap is relatively easy
