Help - 89 force 50 HP float settings

Can anyone please help me determine the measurements to set my carbs float? Both normal operating position an upside down? How to measure it and with what? My seloc is too general an I think I used the wrong motor settings. My model # is 507X9b - remote controls single carb. Please help

According to my CLYMER manual, the float should be parallel to the carburetor body when upside down. Float drop should be adjusted so that the float hangs just short of touching the carburetor casting with the carburetor right side up.
