Help again fuel issue

so as you know I put a new fuel pump in ( diaphragm bad) and was only getting 2000 when it went.rebuilt it did compression test all was good. ran power tune all was good took it out today 9 mile ride almost 2 into bogged down thought maybe was air leak in new water fuel separator so i bleed it again on the ride then no change at that point i bypassed it and ran motor dry re-primed and tried again and like (after the first 2mile) it would take off and then slow down to maybe 1/3rd throttle and continuously the same thing no matter bleeding or cool down.................... AND then I steered boat hard right then left a few times then straight ahead and a few secs and it came alive just to bog down again (new filter-and pump) so i think it's in the tank

what do you think or suggest

i think it is it's a moller set up and the guy said he just put in the 15 gn tank and uscg reg so it ran great until pump went so think it's trash in tank just have to look in the morn i guess
