The first thing you have to do is stick your head in the engine compartment and find where the leak is. It's impossible for us to see a leak, all we can do is give suggestions on how and what to fix AFTER you find it.
It may take a flashlight and mirror to find it, maybe even a digital camera.
You could have a leaky drain plug, a thru hull fitting, or a rotten transom. Not even an outdrive or engine problem.
