help buying glastron 89 carlson 19'

hi jb hope i am on the right post. need advice on buying a 89gastron carlson ss 19ft..boat may need engine 350 chev...hull good floors solid trailer nice needs seats and lots of tlc . org owner sat 8 years . owner want 2k sharp looking boat. any advice would help..

Low retail is $4200 with high retail being $4800.
That includes a trailer.

on person said worry about transmon and floors going bad with these boats the floor seem solid the transmon how do i check that its not my first boat . but worried a little nice oroject boat but the project dont seem too big. not a toatal basket case....these gas tanks to remove must the floor be cut he says 30 gallons. i am going to get boat sat..but worried about weak transoms as other guy wrote in different forum
any help would be great

i am thinking about getting that glastron sat..any advice on outboard vrs inboard motors..i have had all outboats and 1 omc 4 cly cobra tdrive set up...what does the group perfer i still have 2 days to back out..i really like the boats stlyle. but i have had about 7 boats and only 2 were good all other broke down alot. i have a 80 hp merc that went last year. piston went.any input would help me alittle as i am on the fence..i keep what i got invest 1-2k i got a great little 17' runabout. i get other boat and put 2k or so in it i got a speed boat...confusing
