so I decided this weekend to purchase a new cobalt and after talking to the dealer iam not sure what engine combo to go with,i can order it with the merc or Volvo, my current boat has the merc alpha 1 with 4.3l and its been outstanding on my br185 ....he is trying to sell me the Volvo setup {5.7l 270hp btw the new boat is the 200 series .I was thinking 5.0 l merc 260hp.iam not sure the price diff but I know the merc is a bit cheaper and I have had a great experience with my current setup ..this boat is going to cost me plenty !!!!so I want a good setup!!!! if it was your cash what would you do ..
