Help determining year of boat

I have a Monark Jon boat and looking to determine the year. The model # is MAK D 20331586. Can someone help point me in the direction to obtain this information (year, length, approx value)?

Looks like you boat was made in the 15th month of 1986... that can't be right if you are on this planet, sure that is the number?
