Complete newbie here. Just bought my first boat yesterday ('97 Ebbtide Mystique) will be taking it out for the first time over the weekend. Here's my question: I'm doing dry stack, and when the seller and I were getting it ready for stacking he hit the trailer button & raised the drive.

Here's my question: How do I get the drive back down when they put it back in the water? Will the trailer button lower it or would I use the trim down button?

Again, sorry for the dumb question - would be too embarrassing to have to ask someone at the marina this same question.

Re: Help! - Dumb Question

It has been a while since I had that set up, but lets see...

The trim down should lower the drive all the way. The trim up should allow the drive up only as far as is safe for boating/operation. The trailer button raises the drive all the way up.
