Help! Evinrude 115 fuel leak

I have a 96 evinrude 115 v4 with very low hrs. It ran awesome earlier this year then I noticed fuel/oil in bottom of engine cover on carbs even on top of out drive. The engine now loads up when I try to accelerate then clears out and is hard to start at times. I removed the carb cover and there is fuel/oil film in it as well. Any ideas???? Thanks guys!

Time for a thorough carb clean and rebuild.....the residual fuel in the airbox and motor pan sounds normal, just clean it out with degreaser and make sure the line from the airbox to crankcase is clear.....did yopu store it tilted up during the off season?

No I used boat all winter. It's even on my transom. Maybe it's needle and seat? Or maybe float ?
