Help finding a voltage regulator?

I just bought a 1964 Glassmaster and I was going through the wiring and took the electrical box off from the back of the boat. Opened it up and found some corrosion and fried parts. Well I've been looking for VBO 4201C, and nobody can get it or find it. I've searched online, auto parts stores, Advanced Auto got me R170, but it said 6V, and the old regulator showed 12V. Anyone have any ideas?

Some more info on the boat, it has a 1962, 40 HP Johnson O/B, RKL-24 I believe.
