Help finding backrest mounting bracket?

I have a center console that has triangular aluminum mounting bracket for the backrest cushion. The cushion has a plastic tube sewn into the back of the cushion and slides horizontally into the rail bracket, does anyone know where I can find another one of these rail brackets?
I have looked on the net and ebay and can't seem to find one any help would be greatly appreciated!

could you make it out of steel plate and weld a piece of tubing on and put a cut in the tube to match the size of the tube in cushion?
