Help finding Trim Tab Replacement

Hi, can anyone tell me where online I can find a replacement for the trim tab on a '78 Evinrude 140Hp. I'm referring to the small, circular-with-fin trim tab located on the lower unit above the prop.<br /><br />Also, the horizontal stabalizer fin (Anti-cavitation fin???) that the trim tab is attached to has a large chunk snapped out of one corner. Does anyone have experience having a piece of a fin such as this fabricated and welded into place? If so, can you share the details of this?<br /><br />Thanks.
