Hello to all. I have an Evinrude Lark IV model number 35932L serial number 02913 and cant seem to find the year it was manufactured. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It has compression on all cylinders but I can't seem to get it going. Trying to get service/repair manuals and parts.
Thank you all again for any help

Does the motor have spark on both cylinders? Those motors have a real simple dual magneto ign system on them. The coils and condensers can break. The magneto plate can get worn and wobble. Both of these can cause loss of spark.

tools available? Need a harmonic balancer puller (doubles as a flywheel puller). Coil wrappings crack with age -- sign they need replacement. I usually replace points, condensers and wires at the same time. Good motors.
