I just started this outboard for the first time of the year. Started right up no problem then noticed a dark brown light fuel mixture dripping down onto the lower unit between the motor shroud and lower unit. It appears to be coming from the lower crankcase area on the carb side. Any idea what or why this would happen? First time I have seen this. It doesnt look like clean fuel. Its quite a bit so makes me wonder why so much , if its running good on both cylinders. Could it be a becasue of something else why its getting so much fuel and still running well? Is it a gasket or is their a vent or something this could be coming from if ? I am clueless. Any advise or experience with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Nope. Not carb or fuel lines. I have already checked the obvious. Its definetly coming from the bottom of the crankcase on the carb side. Its all dry from there up.

Nevermind. I found it. A corner of the intake gasket on the bottom was blown right out...fuel was just spraying right out onto to the crankcase bottom...going to order both gaskets...thanks anyway...
