HELP good spark and compression but cylinder not firing

The top cylinder on my 76 Johnson 9.9 is not firing. It has a brand new coil on it and new plug with a blue snappy spark but when drop testing the motor It dies whole trying to run on this cylinder. Checked compression and both cylinder at about 90 PSI

Engines Need spark, compression, air and fuel. Make sure it is getting fuel. Is the spark plug wet, is it getting flooded? etc

Is the plug washed clean, could you be getting water into that cylinder.
Does your fuel pump mount to that cylinder, if the diaphram is leaking it could be flooding that cylinder.

did you check timing on both cyl. after coil replaced

No, to be honest I don't know how to check the timing may have to make the 2 hour trip to a marine mechanic
