I found a pin hole in the bottom of the engine compartment after pumping it out. It’s very small but shoots a small stream about 4 inches into the air. How do I patch this while it’s in the water. Taking the boat out now is NOT an option. Please help!!!

a screw in the hole will prevent the leak from immediately sinking your boat. slather some 3M 4000 fast-cure around the screw

however you need to pull the boat soon. as leaks dont just happen. you have issues at the bottom of your boat.

no mater what you think, pulling the boat cant wait.

If the hole happened on it own and there was nothing that made it like a drill bit, I would be worried about the hole getting larger soon. The hull would have rotted enough to start the leak, and putting anything in it might make it worst.

So if its rot, suggest getting some pool patching material. Get under water goggles, scuba gear or and a length of hose to breath thru. Clean the hull and install the pool patch. Then clean and dry the bilge, use some acetone for final, then use quick setting 4200
