Help hole in 88mastercraft

I have a 1988 mastercraft prostar 190 with a big hole in the bottom of it What steps do I need to take to fix it. looks like someone run over something, and it stuck the fins up in the hull. HELP

Could you shoot some more pictures? The one you attached is not clear and does not indicate where the hole is or how big.

It's right under the motor where the 3 fins go. the front hole is about 4"x4" and the back hole, I cut out is about 5"x 20". I'll try to get some better pic monday. Thanks

You can see the ski pole in the top of the pic, and that the trailer you see in the hole. Motor is out of boat.
