Help ! how do I get rid of 100% silicon caulk !?

Ok I am gettin closr to putting the two halves back together, the silicon caulking came off the outer hull fine (smooth and shiny) but man is it stuck to the underside. Its gotta come off to get a good seal silicone does not stick to its self. !!! Ideas !!?? Thanks !

Which ever flavor you have.......<br /><br />I Always buy Knotted.... They seem to Last Longer........<br /><br />Pancake, or Cup,..?? Which ever you Need to reach a Crevise......

Enamel thinners will dissolve a lot of silicones quite easily.<br /><br />There's also a new product for removing it but I can't recall its name.
