Help ID my Evenrude

I recently acquired an old Evenrude from my father. It had belonged to my grandfather who passed away several years ago. I dont know the year or the HP. I would like to see if someone could help me identify it. The numbers are(25924-15661). I would also like to know if parts and a manual are still available. Any information would be apreciated.

Thank you for the information roscoe. This really helps. My Dad has a real antique Evenrude 3.5 hp. He thinks it is a 1920 something. I will have to get the numbers and check out the link you gave me. Thanks again.
