Help ID this boat

I am trying to ID this boat, make model and year. the plate on the back has a 8 digit code it is 25624349. I am got this boat without a title and going to go through the process of doing an HIN search through NJ State Police. If someone has a way to run the bow number and find the current title holder that might solve all my problems. I know the boat is pre 1972.

The boat is 13' 8" long if that helps.

You're gonna be SOL. There were literally HUNDREDS of companies making little closed bow runabouts just like that one in the 50s and 60s. Some only making a handful of boats. And unfortunately, pre-72 HIN's or ID numbers are usually not helpful.

In Wisconsin boats 16' and under are not titled. In Illinios all boats are titled. For a boat previously titled in Illinios and is w/o a title a form needs to be filled out and a fee sent to the DNR for a title search. They then will send you all the information and forms you will need along with a procedure to try and contact the last known registared owner. Takes a lot of time!

NJ may be the same. Apply for a title search.

every thing over 12' long needs to be titled. right now i am trying to get some law enforcement friends to run the bow number so i can call the person that holds the title. from what it seems like even if i have to go through the title search process should not take too long. the last time it was register was in 2002.
