help identify Johnson/Evinrude motor

I need to identify my motor serial number is C4061250 as stamped in a round disc on the side of the motor. The tag in the clamp plate is missing. I was told it's a 15 HP. Need to order parts

See if there is a model number on a disc on the top of the engine. Rick.
