help identifying a boat

I'm new to this forum, but by the looks of things, I will be on here quite often, it looks really good!
I am buying a boat from my father-in-law. He doesnt know much about it, but he sent me some pictures. Does anyone know anything about this boat, who makes it? Any help would be great.

hull id number should be on the outside of the transom upper right, what is it?
