Help identifying boat

I have a 14' fiberglass row boat that I am converting to a fishing boat. I have searched all over this thing for the hin # but it is not there.Their is a tag that gives the person capacity (4) and the motor capacity (30hp)
but no other tags. I am including a few pictures. If anyone has any idea I would love to know.

It didn't come with a title. The person I bought it from said it was a corvair but I couldn't find any info so I think he was mistaken.

Do you know if its pre 1972? If it is, it will have no HIN. If its a 72 or later, the HIN will be on the starboard side of the transom... it may have been removed for whatever reason though.

I'm not sure if it is pre 72 but the tag that had the capacity info had a spot for the serial# but said it was located on the starboard side of the transom like you stated.
