when i first bought this motor it didn't run like i wanted it to so i had a mechanic tune it up for me. A week later the part on the inside that i think shifts gears or something cracked and completely broke. so the mechanic replaced it. the part he used looked different from the original and ever since then when i try to go full speed it jumps back down to half speed. I think i know what parts i need but i don't know there names so if someone could identify them that would be great. also it takes so manny pulls to start it that i got thought starter cords like toilet paper
