Help in identifying Force year/model

I just purchased an 1989 Bayliner Capri with a 50hp Force engine. The controls are U.S. Marine, the motor is 2 cylinder with a single carb. I am unable to read the ID plate on the mounting assy. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!

I would guess it's a 1989.

Thanks for the reply, but I'm looking for more info should I need parts. I had a 50hp force a couple of yrs ago, but it had multiple carbs. I don't remember if it was 2 or 3 cyl. Would photos help?

Id the ignition system and you will get very close.

blue coils and blue cd module?

Black coils and cd module?

black coils and switchbox?

Thanks for the tip. I know the coils are blue, will check the cd module later.

89-90-91 used the blue coils and cd's, and the corresponding ignition parts.
virtually all other parts are identical from 1984-1994
