Hello all. Trying to help a friend locate a factory service manual for his 1997 Johnson 115 V4 60? (J115SXEUA). I have exhausted the search here, checked all the referenced sites to no avail. Ken Cook has it for the '96 (J115SXED) but not for the '97, some places have the 90?, but not the 60?, and most have neither. Any help would be appreciated as we're sorting through some issues...

Thanks. I already looked there, too. They have the same aftermarket manual for $15 that you can get here for free. I'm looking for the actual OMC Service Manual. While the aftermarket manuals are (slightly) better than nothing, it's been my experience that the FSMs are far superior.

Does anyone know if the 1996 manual that Ken Cook has would be ok? Were there significant changes from 1996 to 1997?

Not sure what the problem is.

Using the Ebay search for "Johnson 1997 115 service manual" I get about a dozen hits, and both the crossflow and 60* motor maanuals are in the list. About 45 bucks.

Try the marineengine web site. They usually sell manuals by model number so you get the exact one.

Thanks all. Found one on eBay as advised and it's on the way. I swear there were none when I looked but I'm getting older :) and the part number helped a lot (thanks daselbee for that)...
