Help!Major oil leak 04" 140 Suzuki

Oil leaking from the exhaust, Changed all gasket from powerhead on down, checked compresson all uniform, no water in oil, engine starts right up purring like a content cat except with a oil leak. 400 hours on it, maintenance to the max. Oil pan checked out . A big mystery to say the least. Anybody got suggestion would surely be appreciated.

when you say exhaust you mean out by the prop?if so sounds like the seal under the power head.could be the oil cooler too.take the little water cooler hose off and see if oil and water come out when the engine is running.
(in you yard on the muffs.)

still under warranty
these motors are known for bad gaskets

By seal do you mean gasket? We changed the gasket under the power head and oil pan. need to check the oil cooler thanks for the tip. will let U know if thats the problem when mechenic returns.
