It is a 1972 Tide Craft Runabout. Totally redune. It has a I think its a 1976 model 402 Mecury. Serial # 4362245. Motor runs like new.

The boat is a fiberglass tri-hull 16'. Hull # 15635

The title says the boat is a 1972 but the plate on the back of boat says 1959.

The second pic is the boat before the work got started.
The first pic is the boat after the work was done.

This is for a value so I can get insurance. I know what I paid for the boat and what I put in it. I feel that the boat is worth more.

You have a nice rig there. Any boat that is redone will never bring what the restorer thinks it's worth.:D Many times, the boat is brought back to better than original, but the value is in what it will do for you in the future and the sense of pride in doing something well. The open market will never reward you with an amount commensurate to the restored condition. Collector items, of course, are excluded.

If this is for insurance purposes, ask yourself what you would sell the boat for and find out what the insurance company will charge you for the coverage. If they will, get it that amount written into the policy. No matter what you understood the agent to say or what was verbally agreed to, the insurance company will only pay off on what the policy states (fine print and all). They may very well not cover that value; at that point, you'll get a number from the insurance company that they will cover.

They are in the risk management business and so should you. That's why you are looking into insurance for the possible loss if your boat in the event that the loss of the boat was your responsibility. If they are willing to take the risk, you should consider doing the same thing. Insurance, in the best of all worlds, covers losses that you can not afford, not what you don't want to. You will still have to have liability coverage, etc.

the design of the boat is 1972, the company may have originated in 1959, they didn't make boats like that in 59. we had a terry bass boat, very similar in 1972. i would put a value on it of $2,000. that's top of what the market might bring. replacement value is much more, but they are not going to buy you a new boat to replace a 1972.
