Help me get my project in the water by 10-06

Well I thinnk I have gotten to the point that i can see getting my boat wet. My goal is being in the River here in Beaumont, Tx by 10-06-07

Here is whats left to do and what I have done.

Whats left
1) Get my insurance
2) Get my title and registration taken care of.
3) I need to get my tilt and trim solenoid i think fixed.
4) Get an anchor and ropes
5) Install new fuel pump al ready bought
6) Fix infloor tank

Whats been done
1) good cleaning of the boat
2) New handheld vhf radio
3) Had a cover for the engine built
4) Wheel bearings packed
5) New tie downs
6) All fuses changed
7) New Battery
8) All new battery cables
9 New fuel pump purchased


What other Items will I need on the boat?
By the way 10-06 will be my 42nd b-day

make sure you have all coast guard approved and required equipment.
