Can't help w/ the ID, but that steering wheel is crazy:
I think I like it. The curved seat bracing should help ID her, but a quick peek at didn't have anything jump out as a good possiblity at either:

After you confirm the length & beam, you can probably get a safe hp capacity from a similar length/beam/transom height boat.
