Picked up this engine the other day and it turns over and seems to have compression so I thought I'd give it a whirl and try to fix er up a bit. Only problem is I don't have the damest clue what it is and can't seem to identify it in any way. I found a similar image online to what was titled a 1939 Sea King.
Would mainly like to know whether it is air cooled or has a water pump. My opinion is that it is air cooled because I see nothing on the lower unit that is even remotely large enough to house a water propeller/pump...
