Looks like one of those saddle tanks they sold with some small motors back in the early 1990s. They attached to the rear of the motor, below the powerhead - convenient if you're running it on a canoe or small pram where interior space is at a premium... Decent enough idea, but I don't think it really sold well.<br />- Scott
