help me identify this monkey wards 15 hp

I have a 15 hp seaking not sure what year its serial is jsx22408 it ran last year and since ive bought a new motor, the starter recoil spring broke is this motor worth foolin with or would I be better off parting it out?....thanks in advance!

Please post some pictures with the hood/cover on and off. A full pic (top to bottom), a close-up on the linkage side.
