Help me identify this outboard please

I have a late model Johnson 150 outboard on my boat but don't know the year or model of it. I looked at the sticker on the side but all the numbers have faded away or something. No idea...

I found a silver disk on the top of the engine that has some numbers on it but not sure what these are. Can anyone help me identify this outboard, the year and model?

The model is johnson 150 1987 TXCUR
The T is trim and tilt.
The X is 25inch shaft which looks about right with the jackplate installed
The CU means 87
And the R is just a model run factory code

Any idea what the compression should be on this thing? It's been sitting a while.
