Help Me please with a steering link arm

How do you adjust that steering arm so my motor can tur either right or left , right now i try everything and still with no success.

Sounds like you have a tiller handle outboard. As long as the swivel isn't corroded it should turn to the left and to the right providing that the tension swivel screw isn't set too tight. There should either be a stainless hex bolt or a large slotted screw that you can loosen up that will allow it to swivel freely. The bolt or screw is generally located no more then a few inches under the lower pan (bottom motor cover). If your standing in back of your motor then the screw most likely will be located on the left side of the motor.
