HELP. New boater boater yamaha inboard question

So I just purchased a 91 chaparral it has the 4.3 vortec yamaha motor. The block is cracked and seized. Thoughts on bolting a 350? Questions are what needs to change or should I just find me a 4.3 block?

Well..you would at least have to fabricate some new engine mounts. When its all said and done it might be cheaper to find another vortec. Quicker too

If you did want to swap it out..you would probably be enlisting the help of both forums.
