I have a Lowe FM175 with a 115 four stroke. I have a quicksilver alum 15 pitch prop on it now. WOT on the motor is 6400 rpm. I achieve about 6200 rpm on the motor now and travel about 42 mph on gps. The hull is a deep aluminum fishing boat. I salmon and bass fish out of the boat and have a 8 hp yamaha motor on it for trolling for salmon. The 115 mercury is mounted on the 3rd hole down or the middle of 5 holes. I am thinking about going to a ss prop and would like a better hole shot. I am considering the stilleto advantage Q or the advantage I with a 15 pitch. Are there any other brands that I should be considering and should I stick with the 15 pitch? Thanks for your imput.
