i have a mariner 15 and there seems to be no serial number anywhere on the transom bracket anywhere. the only number i can find is 682010 Y1 which is stamped on the engine block if anyone knows please help as not sure if it got right plugs in as it keeps spitting on tickover and doesnt seem to give much performance on my 16ft boat also it has a slight missfire which is intermittent any help will be greatly appreciated.....
