Got a 1999 Volvo SX-M outdrive and I pulled off my transom shield for paint and refurb and everything has been removed except the steering arm. Manula calls out volvo tool 3854361 ($90.00 min) to remove the arm. Anyone know any tricks to use so I don't have to sink money into a probaly one use tool. Appreciate any help. Below is a picture of the tool.
