You have too much negative camber. (alignment problem where the tires are leaning in at the top) This is common among trailers that are over-loaded, or under rated. If the weight of you boat+motor are within the trailers rated capacity, take the trailer in to an alignment shop and have them arc the axle into alignment. You could also replace the axle for a price. If you are to replace it, I'd go with one higher in capacity than the original, to prevent future sagging. There is also the chance that the axle is bent from pot-holes etc. A good alignment shop can advise you.

Two main things spring to mind -
1 - The trailer with boat is too heavy and the axle bends thus giving the impression of major camber.
2 - Wheel alignment is way out!

Try this - jack your boat and trailer off the ground. Jack the trailor about midway between the wheels. Then lower it whilst watching the axle. Any major play there would be obvious. Possibly the problem is only there when you're all loaded up with bait and gear, and it won't show otherwise.
If this is your problem then weld angle iron across the axle to strengthen it!
Good luck
Ross

If the trailer is rated for less load than your boat, its not just a matter of axle rating. The frame is also a factor. If the trailer is too light duty, replace it. Don't bandaid it. It'll make life a whole lot easier if you have an insurance or litigation issue.......
