Help! Spots!

Hi guys, it has been raining here for a couple days and I went today to wash off the boat and saw some nasty spots, prob from tree crap. I know I need to cover it but what can I do to get rid of these spots?? I tried boat wash and a sponge. No luck! It has been 4 days since my final coat of paint.

get up the touch up paint. build a tent.

If you paint has fully hardened (finger nail scracth test) try a light wipe with acetone, if that done get it you could try some 1500 grit sand paper and then buff it out,

Thanks guys, appreciate it. Working tomorrow, will try the acetone on tuesday and 1500 grit. If no go, paint one more coat on. It's only only on the gunwales so it won't be too bad. My buddy owns a body shop and is letting me use a bay on tuesday to paint the Interdeck so I will paint the top deck again there.
