I have a 79 century arabian with a 305 2brl. Ive been having fuel issues for a long time. first it was not getting enough fuel. Now its pouring in. I replaced the entire fuel system, fuel pump push rod( mine was warpped) fuel lines, filters, pickup tube, anti-siphon valve,mechanical fuel pump (mine had sludge in the diaphram), and I had the carb rebuit proffesionally. I just installed the new pump on and cranked it over to see if fuel was pumping. It was and alot of it!!! puddling up it the carb and coming out a weep hole on the side of the carb. What the hell is wrong now?? Carb issues??
