1989 Force 125. New diaphram, gasket, good spark, good batt, good compression, runs great once it starts, primer bulb now stays hard, will do a decarb and new plugs, ordered tiny tach. Have another post on how to acheive a fast idel at start. My start procedure pump primer ball till hard, move throttle forward 2 times then have to put it back to neutral or she will not crank, push key in hold then turn, she finaly fires up after 3 or 4 times and idles but a low idle engage gear and then she stalls, if I put it in reverse, she runs fine, once I get her going it does happen, she runs strong up to 45 mph..
