Help to identify the year of Johnson 1989-1996 20-50HP

Hello, I need help to identify the year and Hp of this outboard I just got. Since it was on the duck hunting boat so the outboard was painted so no way to tell the year and hp. I google the part#333622 Port Stern Bracket it shows 1989-1996 20-50HP. The head part#333543 shows it is 1990 of 40 and 50 hp.

89-92' had those covers over the terminals/power pack so getting closer. but the larger issue is the 2 missing outer clear sleeves over the spark advance and carb roller. don't even bother seeing it run without replacing those. is that electrical tape over the carb roller? unbelievable haha!

Yes, the previous owned had the electrical tap on the roller. I am not sure of what it is for. Do you know the part number of 2 missing outer clear sleeves ?
